Model systems used: Mainly human (patient) blood and tissue, organoids

Instruments of interest: IncuCyte, flow cytometer, FluoroSpot reader, mass spectrometry

Established techniques: B cell maturation assay, siRNA gene silencing, single chain antibody production by phage display, in collaboration with SciLifeLab also transcriptomics and proteomics
